All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the professional standards required for use, all sales are considered final once the order has been processed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including—but not limited to—buyer’s remorse, changes in availability, failure to read our policies, or misuse of the product.

30-Day Limited Warranty

Lola Hair Extensions offers a 30-day limited warranty on all hair extension products, under the following strict conditions:

The product must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging

  • Unaltered (not toned, dyed, washed, cut, or otherwise modified)

  • Not exposed to UV light (sunlight or artificial)

  • Not attached to a head or installed in any way

  • Stored properly (not left in hot vehicles or areas with extreme heat or moisture)

If the hair meets all of the above conditions and a defect is found, please contact us within 30 days of the original delivery date. Approved warranty claims will result in a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos to lolahairextensionsok@gmail.com. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or warranty coverage for:

  • Products that have been altered or installed

  • Items exposed to heat, UV light, or water prior to use

  • Improper application or handling

  • Claims made after the 30-day warranty period

  • Damage caused by third-party installation, tools, or chemicals

Final Note
