Processing & Shipping Times

At Lola Hair Extensions, we offer both custom order and in-stock hair options. Shipping times vary based on product availability:

Custom Color Orders

Custom-colored hair extensions are made to order and may require 3–4 weeks of processing time before shipment. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on volume and availability.

In-Stock Orders

For non-custom, in-stock hair, orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. We do our best to fulfill orders promptly, but delays can occasionally occur due to restocking or high demand.

Local Pickup for OKC Stylists

If you're a stylist based in the Oklahoma City metro area, local pickup is available at:

Pickup hours will be shared via email once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Shipping Methods

All shipped orders are sent via reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) with tracking included. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Updates & Notifications

Once your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup, you will receive an email with tracking information or pickup instructions.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • All shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our facility. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days.
